If you are a retailer and would like to purchase PM Designs jewelry
please contact us.

There will be a minimum of $100 first order on any new wholesale account and no minimum on subsequent orders.

If from the state of California we need a copy of your Calif. Seller's Permit number. Please fill out this form and return to:

Once we receive your request to order wholesale, we will contact you with instructions on placing an orders and send you a price list.

It is important for us and our stores that we evaluate the store and its location so as not to create a conflict in certain geographical locations.
